Aventurine & Rosequartz - Tanzania/Namibia
This is a set of two different drop-shaped cabochons. A beautiful, relatively dark salmon pink rose quartz, and a partly transparent moss green Aventurine. Both stones are variants of the mineral Quartz. The color and inclusions that cause this color are the biggest difference. However, Aventurine also contains Mica, which causes the shiny effect.
