I made this XL cabochon from a Feldspar that I found in Friesland, the Netherlands. Initially I wanted to classify this as a granite, but the Mica and Quartz are missing for this. Which are essential in the right quantities to call it a granite. The pink Feldspar is present and covers a particularly large part of the stone. Unfortunately I don't know which mineral from the Feldspar Group it is, so I decided to stick with Feldspar.
The cabochon itself is a large oval with mainly pink Feldspar, but there is also another dark green mineral in it, which I dare not say what it is.
