I made this XL cabochon from Thundderegg from Lierbachtal, Germany. Thundereggs are Agates or Chalcedony and sometimes Quartz or Opal with an edge of rock still attached to it. This thundegg has an agate banding but also partly transparent quartz with some dendritic formations.
